Where we are headed...
CMI SEEKS TO MAKE CHRISTIAN DISCIPLES OF ALL PEOPLE
By definition, a disciple is a follower who accepts and assists in spreading the doctrines of another. A Christian disciple is a person who agrees withthe teachings of Jesus Christ, applies the principles to their lives, and assists in sharing those principles with others.
According to the New Testament, being a Christian is initiated through spiritual birth. Learning discipleship, however, is a process of spiritual growth and development, increased maturity in knowledge, and application of scriptural principles in daily life.
Christian disciples should always be ready to testify to the reason for the hope within us (1 Peter 3:15) and to disciple others.
